In 2025, RAE was Investing in our People and the Broader Community
At RAE Corporation, our culture is built on a simple but powerful belief: Empowering People and Inspiring Excellence. In 2025, that belief came to life in serving our community through the work of the RAE Family Foundation (RFF) and RAE Cares.
The goal of the RAE Cares and RAE Family Foundation programs are to empower our people and community to thrive by providing meaningful support and access to valuable resources that create lasting impact. We were serving our community this year through the work of our foundation!
From supporting RAE employees during times of unexpected hardship to investing in the future of Mayes County, 2025 marked a highly impactful year of giving. Employees, leaders, and community partners came together with a shared goal of making a difference.
The impact of generosity is powerful, and in 2025, it was undeniable:
- $161,031.12 distributed in total grants and community support
- $66,000+ raised through annual fundraisers and raffles
- 53 individual grants awarded to employees and organizations
- 30+ local schools and sports teams supported across Mayes County
Each of these numbers represents a unique story of support where our community members had a need.
One of RFF’s most important roles is serving our community as a safety net for employees when life takes an unexpected turn.
In 2025, the Foundation provided emergency assistance to team members facing unforeseen challenges, helping ensure that no one had to face hardship alone.
In addition, RFF continued its commitment to making the holiday season meaningful for RAE Corp employees experiencing financial hardship through:
- Holiday Blessing Baskets, providing Thanksgiving and Christmas meals
- Angel Tree & Toy Drive, delivering gifts to RAE families to help make the season bright[TT2]
We are committed to supporting RAE Employees outside of just providing a healthy and uplifting workplace. RFF is one way we care for the most important part of our company!
While supporting our employees remains the Foundation’s core mission, RFF and RAE Cares also extended their reach far beyond our walls in 2025.
By partnering with dozens of local organizations, the Foundation helped strengthen the fabric of Mayes County. RAE proudly supported programs that prepare the next generation for success, including:
- Pryor Innovation Center’s HVAC Program
- Local Robotics Clubs
- Women in Industry at OSU Institute of Technology
- Special Olympics
- Alternative Education Life Labs program
Grants were provided to organizations that protect and serve our communities, including:
- Mayes County Fire Departments
- SafeNet Service
RAE contributed to organizations that care for our neighbors during life’s most difficult moments, such as:
- Northeastern Oklahoma Cancer Network
- Local nursing homes
From food insecurity to environmental stewardship, RFF funded initiatives that make an immediate impact:
- Food pantries throughout Mayes County
- Earth Day cleanup efforts
- Women’s Outreach of Hope
Each partnership reflects RAE’s commitment to building stronger, healthier communities.
In December, RAE’s Leadership Team personally assembled and delivered holiday baskets to teachers, first responders, and nursing home residents throughout Pryor and surrounding areas. This hands-on effort was a small but meaningful way to say “thank you” to those serving our community every day and to reinforce the values RAE stands for.
Everything accomplished in 2025 was made possible by the generosity and involvement of RAE employees and partners. Whether you participated in the RFF Annual Golf Tournament , purchased a raffle ticket, volunteered at a mobile food pantry, or supported an initiative behind the scenes—you played a role in this generosity-filled year.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited to continue serving our community, building on the momentum from 2025. Join us at our first event of 2026: our mobile food pantry, on January 27th!
