There has been fraudulent activity involving individuals falsely claiming to be RAE Corporation employees and extending fake employment offers in an attempt to steal money and personal information from job seekers.
Please be aware, they may:
- Use legitimate job websites and social media platforms
- Display an unauthorized RAE Corporation logo and impersonate employee names
Do not engage if you believe a communication is fraudulent. RAE Corporation employees only communicate using email addresses that end with @rae-corp.com.
It’s important to know RAE Corporation will NEVER:
- Request money or credit card information, or
- Ask for personal details (address, SSN, bank information, or tax documents) during the interview process
- Job offers are extended via ADP.com and all new hire data is requested through there only
- RAE Corporation’s offer letters are issued to a specific name and never general or generic “First, Middle, Last Name”
- Authorized job openings are ALWAYS posted on our Careers Page below.
If You Suspect Recruitment Fraud:
- Report it — Forward the suspicious email or job ad to support@rae-corp.com with as much detail as possible (including any documentation).
- Mark as phishing — Use your email provider’s “Phishing” option to help get the sender’s account shut down.
- If you are a victim — Contact the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov.
